God and Man Talking

Man:“Please forgive me my God, I know you are so powerful and you created the universe in six days. Lord I know that if I don’t trust you I am calling you a liar, but I am so scared of you. I know that the wicked must be judged, and I know about the horrors of hell. I am such a wicked man, how could you love me? You have so much power, and earthly fathers have burned me so many times. I want to serve you with all my heart and things are so bad. I need assurance. Lord, you are an all powerful, almighty being and I am nothing. Please forgive me for my doubt, but I am scared. Please show me I can trust you, and you love me.”
God:
“Do you not remember my son? They pierced my hands and feet. I hung naked in a busy market place taking your shame. For six hours I hung supporting my own weight until every joint screamed with pain. If it was you on that cross, just the pain would made you pass out but I felt every bit of it. I died to save you from the horrors of hell, and judgment day. Now you are safe. That is how I proved my love for you. (Pause)
God:
“Do you see that mountain, my son?”
Man:
:Yes Lord.”
God:
“I created that.” (Pause)
God:
“Look at my universe, how vast and beautiful. The planets in orbit, the beautiful sights, the unlimited stars, it is so beautiful, but you know something, to me you are more beautiful. You are the crown of my creation, and you are more than that you are my son, and I made you in my image. Stop believing I don’t love you, my love for you is high as the heavens above the earth, and the heavens are so vast you can not fathom it. I gave my all for you, and I am with you until the end.”
Man:
I love you too. My Lord and my God.
